Why do older men & women try to slut shame young women?

So I’m just getting comfortable with my sexuality as I lost my v-card last year. I’m very goal oriented so I see guys as a distraction just a good time. I want to have my stuff together before i go looking for someone to settle down with. And just because I’m comfortable with talking about my sexuality. Slut shaming is old. If I’m asking for tips about my communication what makes you think I gaf about what you think about what I do or say. Why are you trying to tell me about being in relationship. When I just SAID that’s not what I’m looking for right now. I just honestly don’t get what is wrong with people.

  • People are always going to have opinions. Especially now trained to by social media.
    Not using social media myself, it surprises me people haven't learned to have thicker skin too due to it.
    When you reach a certain age or simply go through some big life altering event you will realize what other people assume of you means diddly squat.

    • I look for older people to learn their experiences and knowledge. I also look at older people as knowledgeable. The question I was asking was how do I communicate to the guy I sleeping with that I want to do it more often without feeling like a creep. And they were like “just tell them your a whore” I was raised in a strict Christian household. So everytime im trying to get comfortable with myself and my sexuality it is demonized and then I go spiraling because I am an over thinker.

    • Being comfortable in my sexuality does not mean sleeping around you can be comfortable your sexuality just by being ok with talking about certain sexual topics. I noticed a lot of men is shaving this mindset a women talking about sex has 20, 30 bodies not even knowing women. And none of that applies to me. I feel you should feel shame for something actually shameful.

    That being the individual with the responsibility of managing the budget of a home, ensuring the stability and strength of the next generation, making sure they can read, write and do basic profit and loss calculations because they are competent mathematically meant women were somehow "subjugated" by men, so the false narrative of the "patriarchy" was created and fed into western society because there's nothing more dangerous to an oppressor than fathers defending their family.

    So to make sure, "feminism" created the narrative that women can be just like men.

    But first it had to demonise what masculinity is. So it created a parody of men. Caricature of what men were and displayed it on screens and in print everywhere you look. A minority of men were womanising philandering dogs so it made it look like they all were, then told women that they can do that too.

    You want to know why my generation (Gen-X) and older want to raise boys to be strong men that don't want to be the 75th guy she sleeps with at age 25?

    It's because we still remember when the "slut" was the girl that had slept with 3 men before us. The "dog" was the guy who had slept with 4 girls. And neither was something to aspire to be.

    Husband. Father. Wife. Mother. Those are titles worth dying for.
