Why guys in 20s and 30s go behind teenager girls rather than girls of their age?

When I was in my teens the first text I had was with a 19-0 college girl and then the Knicks was at 47 years old woman and for the longest time I always liked older women but older women now my age they're into things but they're not really into them I like to go places do things have fun do off-the-wall things parasail ride dirt bikes rock climbing four-wheel driving all that kind of stuff and women my age don't like to do that kind of stuff younger girls do and they can keep up with you and they are actually enjoying themselves where older women I guess there more mature still I don't like that kind of stuff I mean I like old people stuff too but I like to be very active and it's not the age that I go after to the r on the inside if their confidence are happy if you have a beautiful heart very smart intelligent and so you can smile that's what I look for calcite just an extra bonus and I guess the outside would be age because most of the younger girls that I had been out with are very very intelligent are very smart some have their own businesses in I mean they like to stay very active

Assuming the girls are 18... It's been explained to me as follows..
1 girls like older guys (there are evolutionary and cultural explanations for this that basically relate to that a more established male can provide the best life for her and her future offspring)
2 males like you get females for evolutionary and economic reasons. Younger females can provide more offspring, generally have fewer health issues, and offspring meant free labor in an agrarian society
3 "my turn" I had a friend literally tell me, "all of the girls my age when I was 18-20 would only date older (28+) guys, now I'm the older guy!

Less "baggage" often. Could also be a case of who's single and looking vs who's not. Example say the 30 year old (or even 25) might have children, and be "jaded" towards guys and hate them all (as many women seem to as they age. "all guys are the same" mentality).
