OK. Here goes.
Both guys and girls produce a little Cowper's/Bartholin's fluid all the time. It keeps our sexual plumbing rinsed out. Speaking for myself, If I sit at my computer designing framing all day, not even getting up to pee and certainly not getting any visual stimulation from steel beams, I will have a noticeably oily spot in my briefs at the end of the day. Its reasonable to assume a girl would be the same or more, hence panty liners. Of course, arousal turns up the faucet.

It's a strange thing.

Well the vagina is self cleaning so it should be wet ish too dry and the pH changes. Which can be a breading ground for bad bacteria
But in intimate moments this again is true. Discharge and vaginal lubrication from arousal is a different consistency... Women and mental emotional intellectual and physically sexually attracted to men.

Agree. Wetness and being horny are two different things. Just because I’m feeling horny doesn’t mean I’m wet just as a horny man isn’t necessarily erect. Being horny is more a feeling or desire. Being wet is usually because of active sexual thoughts or physical action.

I agree. Some women just have a lot of discharge and that does not translate to arousal. Sometimes it takes a little effort to remind my brain that moisture isn't necessarily arousal... At first glance I'm always aroused by it though.

Wetness is the female equivalent of a guy getting an erection. A guy can get an erection (sometimes) without really being horny. So I assume the same would go for girls when they get wet.

Disagree. If she is wet it means she is having sexual thoughts. Sexual thought = horney. But its not necessary to feel it towards you, she can think of anything.
