No discomfort at all usually (and I'm a 32D!) except for when my boobs get swollen and sore from PMS but that fortunately doesn't happen every month.

Really? That must be annoying to have to answer so often. My girlfriends always tease me with it. When we change before work into our uniforms if not changed from home, they always just give them glances lol

i haven't even met her. i'm just thinking about all those guys who wouldn't have a reason to live anymore after they have seen her for the first time after the surgery. i think women should stop just thinking about themselves and consider other people's feelings

@morrowlow My breast size won't affect anyone's reason to live, my breasts are causing me severe pain and if I do not do anything about it I'm going to end up with a hunchback and possible arthritis. So yes I will be going ahead with surgery.

I haven't really had any discomfort with my genitalia. The guy who said it, "flops around catching sweat" was seriously exaggerating.
Having balls can be uncomfortable, they hurt when struck even lightly, and blue balls are a real and painful thing.
Otherwise it's not bad

My downstairs get all wet and sweaty and the balls get saggy and the hang low.

When your boobs are too big, obviously there is a slight discomfort
I don't generally get discomfort. Though there are times where if I grab them wrong (balls esp) its like I hit a pressure point and I get a strong throbbing pain for like 5 min. Many years ago I used to sleep on my side, but one night I rolled over and my balls fell between my legs and I crushed them with my thighs. Instant wakeup moment, no fun. Now I only sleep on my back and I don't move an inch in my sleep. Otherwise, if my pants are too tight (jeans esp) it makes sitting down uncomfortable, esp when the crease goes right across your buddy.
