Small breast negativity?

I want to start off by pointing out that I am a 34a.my upper torso is pretty lean, (that of a model) but my lower half is kinda thick since I ran a lot when I was younger.over all I'm like a petite/athletic built. I'm OK with my body, I'm learning to love it every day. but there are time where it seems like I should be ashamed of my size. being a woman of color,i feel like its expected to be very curvy.a lot of my peers, teachers and even my mother has pointed it out. its always "wow,you are so skinny,don't you eat? " or " my god, you're so flat" most of the people who pointed this out have very large breast and hips. in my group of friend I was the "flat one" or " the girl with a little boys body" because of that I've transformed myself to look as girlie as possible.i wear skirts,dresses, playing up my eyes or lips and cute earrings.i feel like less of a woman when I'm not looking well..."cute". now I'm trying to boost my confidence by buying more lacy less padded bras and tighter fitting shirts. I even tell myself I look good every morning.but even the media seems downplay women with small breast, yea I can pay it no mind but it like one one hand people constantly gotta point out how small I am like I don't already know and I get negativity for it.on the other hand,girls tell me how lucky I am to be that size where you can wear anything and look good. how do you deal with the "tit-shaming"

I know a lot of guys (and girls) at your age are both shallow and immature and can say hurtful things, but there are plenty of guys who will be attracted to you and love your breasts just as they are. So many guys would kill for a girl who is thin with a bit of a booty that your breast size means nothing to them.

IMO, you are doing it exactly right; wearing girlie clothes (dresses and skirts, yes!) and so on, and you're bound to get a ton of attention. Sure, there will be some guy who HAVE to have big boobs who will pass on you, but there will be guys who HAVE to have a thin girl and will pass on the girls with big boobs because they're a little thicker up top. NO girl can have the body that EVERY guy wants, but MOST guys have a wide variety of tastes, so you'll always have plenty of options.

Everyone has flaws or things they don't like about their body. If you had DDs, you'd wish you were smaller. Tons of guys would do anything to be taller, or have a bigger penis, or be more muscular, or to be thin. None of us is what WE think is perfect, but most of us also know that it's the person, not the body, that really matters.

A woman should not be ashamed of small breasts.

Having worked with a lot of black women, I do know there is some cultural message going on here as well. A majority of black women are overweight or obese and often use this to shame other girls who are actually average, skinny or athletic. Don't listen to these women, as they don't take their own health seriously.

You're going on the right path by being athletic and staying active. As long as you're a healthy weight, having smaller breasts is nothing to be ashamed about. Some of us guys actually have no problem with smaller breasts or actually prefer them.

You're over analyzing

1) The media doesn't downplay small breasts or women with small breasts. It just so happens that a lot of the women in hollywood have had enhancement or reductions like lip and wear spanx to get the ideal body shape

2) Yeah, being a woman of color and being thin or smaller in the chest or ass area(especially) can be hard, because Latinos and blacks expect their women to be "curvy." Really, you'll have to learn to ignore them

3) There are advantages and disadvantages to small breasts just as there are advantages and disadvantages to big breasts. highlight the advantages and ignore the disadvantages

4) Plenty of guys prefer petite and athletic girls. Just from my experience, athletic guys in particular tend to prefer athletic girls

How do YOU really feel about it? Do you like them small? If so, just say it lowd and proud to the people that tease you about it. But if you unconsciously think that it makes you less of a women, is not beautiful etc... so it´s clear that you dont like them too. If you also dont like them, go get a surgery to solve it. But if you like the way they are, then acept the fact that you like something most people despise, and there is nothing bad (or good|) about it. We all like something that is "out of trend", that nobody seems to like. All you have to do , first, is to answer very sincerely this question: what do YOU thing about them? Would you have chose to born this way again?

stop worrying. guys have all sorts of likes, including variations in boobs. and if you are concerned with being too small, come to southeast asia and a pair of 34As could win a wet T shirt contest most days. and check out some athletic girls at a triathlon. hot..yes.. but no huge racks there either.

As you get older, you will maintain your slim figure, and they will be out of control muffin tops. The tit shaming does suck, and it is sad, but guys on GAG apparently don't like big boobs, so you should be in good company here!

Pay no attention. Play with the cards you are dealt and enjoy the game. I think all shapes and sizes of boobs are attractive.

Focusing on it is a waste of time. I'll take a girl confident in her body over one who is not any day regardless of what shape/size it is. I love athletic builds and part of being in shape means smaller perkier boobs. There are some girls with DD's and overweight that would trade with you in a second.

small breast are the best sweet heart remember when you get older they gona still look yummy as the big breast ones are gona go south me personaly am not into big breast and that all that having to be thick is not so inportant as long as a woman treat me good and are a decent woman that's all that matters any one judging you over you're body part sizes should be ashame of them self for real don't let that get you down if it makes you feel better I have a 5 inch penis and am black so yea most chicks stop talking to me once they find that out so you're not alone I wish you the best

First off I am rarely if ever attracted to anything over a average/small B cup.

Second, girls and their breasts are like men and their penises. Overall, the size does not really matter, although 'you' (generic for everyone) put so much pressure and stress on your selves and others.

Men are made to feel inferior if they have less then 8 inches or not as thick as a pop can. So after all the negative feelings you have about your smaller breast, have you or will you ever tease a man over their small/smaller penis?

You are young yet, let puberty run it's course. If a man likes/dislikes you due to breast size then he is not worth your time. Most athletic people and people that greatly watch their diet (and to a point vegetarians) have smaller chests.

Feel safe and secure in knowing that some men (like myself) love smaller breasts. They are perky, won't sag when you are my wife's age, they do not always need a bra, no back pain...need I go on?

Since I'm a guy, I don't deal with "tit-shaming" but I can give my opinion. People can be really mean to each other and they'll joke around about things like acne or having smaller breasts, maybe with no intention of hurting others but it really brings down self esteem. It gives them a sense of superiority but pay it no heed. You'll find a lot of guys aren't so superficial in that area, myself included. I'd much rather prefer a petite girl with a pretty face. =)

Wow that sucks, Personally I prefer small breasts and don't get the excitement over huge ones.
