She looks like she has a similar body as I do except in the lower body. She doesn't look "chubby" (at least not in the stereotypical fat sense of the word) and she doesn't look overly skinny either

No, that is a normal build, or what normal used to be. Nowadays, many people think 30 + pounds overweight is "normal" but these pictures are actually what a normal build actually is. Not skinny, not fat, and not athletic, just normal.
