There was at one point, and may still be, a UK-based company called Shock Absorber that made a sports bra specifically intended to stop bouncing; they had a simulator showing effect what various breast sizes would get in their sports bra, in a regular bra, and buck naked, which is why I remember their site all these years later. I obviously don't know well anti-bounce bras actually work, but there ARE options out there.

I used to be a long distance runner and one race I entered I noticed a girl who was so big they were practically hitting her in the face when she ran. She ran a pretty good race and I was sitting n the tailgate of my truck and when she walked by I said "nice race." and she turned around and gave me the finger and walked off.

Walking - not so much! I can make them if I want to though.

Running - yes definitely. I usually have to wear two sports bras for extra support to stop this. It can be quite uncomfortable and hurt somewhat - especially if you’re on the contraceptive pill or on your period (due to high breast sensitivity).

The worst thing is stairs - running down stairs is like a juggling act!!

There’s been occasions where I hold my A cups running down a hill… lol just to keep them steady because even they hurt when they bounce even if it doesn’t look like they bounce but… yeah athletic girls with big breasts invest in a super sturdy sports bra because of that.. silly question

Depends on if they give you black eyes or not. Just about every boob over an A jiggles a bit when they walk. The bigger the boob the more they jiggle.
