I don't see why it would hurt me to respect someone's decisions when it comes to their own gender.

Yes definitely. I don't know why people make a big deal out of it. It isn't difficult to just change the pronoun. If you identify as a fucking toaster I will call you a toaster. I don't care.

What if a man asked you to call him “daddy” because he somehow identifies as that? Lmao

Well I guess that might make me a little uncomfortable. But sure if that will make them happy 😂

For me, I don’t mind calling someone what they want within REASON. Otherwise, it just gets a little insane and goofy

I’m fine with male or female pronouns and hopefully they present as what they want.
people who want to invent their own pronouns don’t seem to understand how pronouns work.
the two trans people I’ve personally known passed fully - nobody who knew them casually realized. If you used their “birth” pronoun people wouldn’t know who you were talking about.

Well I don't want to lose my job so I guess I would have to. That being said it's possible I might slip up if they don't actually look like the sex they are identifying as.

I'd switch to neutral gender: 'it'. I can't be forced to not look through my own eyes. If it does not like it: don't speak with me :)

I don't know. I think i would just to keep the peace. But what if i couldn't tell? Sometimes i'll call guys ma'am and call women sir just for giggles. Also because after they correct me which they're sure to do. They'll walk away thinking " do i really look like the opposite gender. And that thought makes it all worth while.

the way i address people is my choice, not theirs. you know this question made me check my id :D it's funny. in germany, the id doesn't even say your gender. just name size, residence and such.

Yeah If my pronouns are she/them then other people pronouns can be what ever they want and I will respect that.
Home > Sexual Relationships > If a trans person wanted to be addressed by certain pronouns that aren’t biologically true to their sex, would do you do so?
