people who want to invent their own pronouns don’t seem to understand how pronouns work.
the two trans people I’ve personally known passed fully - nobody who knew them casually realized. If you used their “birth” pronoun people wouldn’t know who you were talking about.
Well I don't want to lose my job so I guess I would have to. That being said it's possible I might slip up if they don't actually look like the sex they are identifying as.
I'd switch to neutral gender: 'it'.

Ofc i would. Its all about respect and i respect every Persons wish.
I don't know. I think i would just to keep the peace. But what if i couldn't tell? Sometimes i'll call guys ma'am and call women sir just for giggles. Also because after they correct me which they're sure to do. They'll walk away thinking " do i really look like the opposite gender. And that thought makes it all worth while.
Sure, doesn't impact me at all n makes them feel valued. Bigger issues to get worried about.

you know this question made me check my id :D it's funny. in germany, the id doesn't even say your gender. just name size, residence and such.
