  • That is not really a question that can be answered, nor really asked properly. Straight men don't get penetrated. It isn't the natural order of things (I am not talking about the very very low percent that are willing to have shit in their ass). We don't even think that way.   • Interesting question. If roles were reversed, I'd be the one getting pregnant and giving birth. No man could ever live through the pain that a woman goes through giving birth.

    My friends and I agreed a long time ago that the only way a man could handle pregnancy is if it only lasted 15 minutes, and birth was no longer than 60 seconds.
