But even that would present it own problems, historically there has been many different kinds of contraception, earlier forms of condoms for example were made using animal intestines or various herbs or sponges.

Isaiah was adressing a very specific group of people in regard to a very specific political situation. In the Book of Isaiah, the Prophet Isaiah challenges Israel to obey God with all of their heart, not just on the outside. It doesn't apply now, it provides context... not to mention how there are tons of passages in Isaiah that directly contradict other parts of the bible

@suzzieQ hardly relevant. The bible book doesn't contain a large part of the world. In a large part of the world sex without marriage was a big deal because of pregnancy. Families with means and ability will keep the girls away from the outside world and either use them as a political tool or simply select suitable groom for them. Women were a lot more important as political connections than men. Only when the family was poor that they get traded for status and money. On the other hand, women pregnant without a father tend to get hairy fast. However, it was more of a reputation issue so only large and powerful families would have problems. Smaller family would simply take the child as their own and advertise the woman as "fertile" can have children.
