Yes. Going for the daughter of your partner is an absolute no-go no, even if you were 18.
Considering you are under 18, this is a serious case of abuse. Actually, you might first want to tell the police, depending on what your family situation / trust towards your mom is and whether your mum is emotionally dependent on him. Or ask a female teacher that you can trust.
In case you have feelings for that guy: Please don't let yourself be fooled. It is a common phenomenon for woman to fall in love with a rapist, if the rape was successful. The biological reason is, that like 200,000 years ago it was better for a pregnant woman's survival to stay with her rapist than to have no support at all.
Nowadays is different. You need to bee cool and rational: A guy who does such a thing is an evil person unable to love somebody. He is taking advantage of you.
He could have split up with your mom and left instead, if he was unable to deal with his desires.
You need to get out of his reach at all cost, get your head clear to think about whether to keep that baby. And, if you can, get that guy into jail.

yes because the guy does not need to be with her , if he had sex with you there is no telling who else he has messed with and you being under 18 means he needs to die. pediphiles have no right to live. the guy is a piece of crap for touching you and some one else could have been hurt the same way. why protect him?

When the baby is born, are you going to name a father on the birth certificate? Ask the father for child support? Apply for Medicaid for the baby? Place it for adoption? All of those things will require you to name the father.

Wait, and 6-9 months from now, she'll be angry that you didn't tell her sooner. Is she still involved with the guy? Do you think she would want to continue that if she knew he got you pregnant?
