Vegans have chosen their lifestyle for ethical and sometimes health reasons. The ethical logic is that harming/killing or promoting the harming/killing of animals is immoral. Since semen is made of of mostly protein, carbs and a small portion of single celled sperm it's not a problem since single-celled organisms are not typically included in the "Animal" Kingdom which I believe is exclusively multi-cellular life. That's why they eat plants, plants may be multi-cellular but they are not considered animals and considering the air is filled with single-celled life a Vegan against the harm/killing of such life would probably kill themselves
Most vegans are vegan due to ethical reasons for animals, and not using animals as a food source in any way.

I have several vegan friends actually, and this topic has in fact been discussed. And the general consensus seems to be that there's no issue with swallowing because no one's harmed and because the semen is given consensually.

While Sperm are living organisms, they are a type of microorganism. When people wash and cook their vegetables, they are killing microorganisms that live on the vegetables. So I don't think vegan women are opposed to "swallowing", but everyone has different views. No offense to vegans.
