I gave a partial answer here. About the masturbation cup.Where do you men cum when masturbating? In something on something what happens? When I use the one in that post, I lube up with Aloe Vera. When I want something extra, I use a second cup that includes a selection of urethral probes. Mine is set up with the long, narrow probe as is shown here.

It is critical to lube at least to the 0.5 cc line. If he has a longer penis, go to the 1 cc. When the probe goes in, stroke it in and a little more each time out so you push lube ahead of it.
