19 63I don't know, I find it hard to find a time to worry about that because of the constant paranoia induced by the excessive female rapist population out there, so who's going to guarantee the safety of my innocent, cute behind, with all these ravenous females around having their minds stuck in the gutter all the time, with those dirty lewd men giving those dirty girls ideas, with that scandalously inappropriate Thunder Down Under exhibitionist shows, encouraging girls like that, undressing me with her eyes all the time. I feel visually violated and unsafe! Whatever is a boy to do?
Wether that 700k is correct or not that's just the ones that are reported. Nobody except crazy people are out here saying "all men are rapists" however you would be a cool to walk around and act like being raped isn't a possibility. Personally I have witnessed as well as been the receiver of entitled and possessive behavior from men who where complete strangers. And when I didn't want thier attention or told them not to touch me they got angry and gropey. That behavior can get rapey in some situations. Not everyone has those stories but a lot of us do, and unfortunately some people have been assaulted as a result. A lot of the people who have been raped probably never thought it would be them, but when you're laying in a dark basement or miserable with your clothes ripped off of you in place after being brutalized by one or more offenders it's very real. That's why some of us are worried and/or cautious, and you would be wise to do the same. Male or female.
It’s the fear of not knowing that worries so many. If everyone told you who they were and were actually that it wouldn’t be a problem.

First don’t put it as only men girls can rape to but that’s somthing a lot of women don’t like to admit. And it’s not that it’s really scary I mean yes fear of it happening but once it happens it’s more of felling gross and powerless that no matter how many times you said no or screamed for help they didn’t stop.
Because it’s a valid concern hon, and statistically most rapists are never caught and most rapes are never reported. So that 700,000 a year could be in the millions.

Maybe it's not reported because the impact is minimal? I got groped at parties but it had no impact on me. I understand if it's forced its traumatising, but I see girls reporting rape when a guy sleeps with them and they didn't like it. Rape has many forms and impact
It’s not minimal it’s because women aren’t ready to report it. There’s still some backlash they have to go through after they deal with that situation. They need to be emotionally ready to talk about it let alone report it. Some women can do it but some have more to worry about if they get backlash

You can’t expect them to be after going through something so traumatic. Especially when every situation is different it’s still traumatizing. Don’t take it like people are weak. Just some people need some time to recuperate after being violated. Then on top of it having to deal with people not believing them or saying they were asking for it? Well one of them was my therapist of 7 years, another was from a friend that lied to me about being okay with not having sex so he decided that he would just rape me while i was asleep , another was being roofied and I’m not a girl that does dumb shit. And I analyze guys. The impact I was violated by people that i built a relationship with and started trusting. And this is a span of years for each one, I have trust issues, I was always battling with depression and had an abusive home life anyway. So my trust in people is shot completely the police didn’t help me when they saw bruises on my 7 year old sister and I and my therapist raped me so even legally I don’t trust the system. Doesn’t make me weak and I’ve heard so much from a lot of specialists that most people would’ve offed themselves by now if they went through a sliver of my life. Because what I put down is just the tip of the iceberg.
Im really sorry you had to go through all that. Not all men are rapists, true, but yes its most definitely better to stay safe by being cautious. Its a principle i always practise in life. I've known people who have been assaulted in similar ways, and heard stories too. Its really sickening.

There are many people that get raped everyday and that don’t report it or that don’t get noticed there are people either kidnapped, human trafficking and these people are held against there will half of these people we don’t even know are alive or that there kidnapped. It’s not about how many it’s the fact that it’s wrong and both boys and girls should never go through this.
Crime happens. All crimes are issues. And yet nobody is claiming murders and robbers represent their entire identity group. Or even claiming that one identity group has a monopoly on said crime (despite that being untrue)

you never know if the bloke you see in front is a rapist.
Same reason why i always make sure to keep my hands occupied and give people more than adequate space in public transport. So i won't end up being accused of touching someone inapproriately, because i can easily say with proof from bystanders that my hands were full with my own items.
Yes, people like these are rare but it doesn't mean they dont exist. Better safe than sorry.

A rapist cannot manipulate you, cause rape is an action that you will know about unlike a manipulator who play games on you behind your back without you knowing about it! @gwenhwyfar, women rarely gets manipulated, so i don't expect you to know it's impact, you only know about rape, have you been raped? Anyways that's your opinion and i do not agree with it! We all know that rape is rape but manipulation comes in levels, it can hurt a little and it can lead you to death! In my opinion, rape and manipulation are worst than each other, but since rape comes in majority for women, your going to stand for it, but the manipulation part comes from women in majority against men, so i don't expect you to stand against it, that's how feminism works, GOOD LUCK! 😏

Now about women who doesn't announce that they were been raped are letting the criminal get away with his acts and they are encouraging more guys to rape women, you must speak about it... thats one falsely made stigma we men face. these days most people view men as vile creatures looking to rape etc yet as you pointed out only a small handfull of men are actually doing these things. without doing the actual math, like maybe 3% of me are doing these types of awful and bad things yet most view us like 90% are commiting these things. (also slightly refferencing things like pedophilia and kidnapping).
More importantly is that there are 10 million prostitutes in the US while there are 10000 rapists. So a woman is 999 times more likely to be a whore than a guy is to be a rapist.
10,000 rapists in a country with over 300 million people sounds like a bit of an underestimate. Even if only 1% of men are rapists, that's 1500000 rapists. Also don't compare rape with prostitution which is consensual on the part of the buyer. Also, many prostitutes are victims of trafficking. The men buying sex are immoral because they have no way to know for sure whether the prostitute is trafficked or not. So the male buyers are just as immoral as the prostitutes, if not more. At least if the buyers stopped buying sex, prostitution would disappear. If women stopped being prostitutes then prostitution wouldn't disappear because more women would just be trafficked.
