The short answer: as long as the girl looks attractive to the guy (especially physically), a number of guys will be just fine with her even if she acts masculine. Now chances are they may not date her seriously but they'll be ok with her. As for women from what I've seen women just don't find it attractive period and don't see those guys as men even remotely.
