Because excessive sexual promiscuity/high body count makes a girl a slut. It's literal dictionary definition.
Studies show a strong correlation between higher numbers of sex partners and failed marriage, no marriage at all, depression, single parenthood, crime, drugs, low income, low self worth, and obviously STD's. Besides, casual hookups have conclusively proven to be completely ineffective in helping people get over a breakup, so it's pretty much all bad with almost no good coming out of it.
