Sexual Health I’m gonna go on a cross country trip with some guy I just met. I’ve only known him for a few weeks. We are gonna take his car and travel to another state far away. Then we are gonna stay at a cheap motel. We are gonna sleep in the same bed but of course his feet would be on the side of my head. We’re gonna sleep opposite from each other.
I know it would work for me but I’m not sure if it’ll work for him. Guys are horny. I don’t wanna have sex with him.

I met him in Craigslist a few weeks ago. He seemed like a nice guy. He wants to go on road trips and said he has a car that can fit 4-5 extra people. He asks me if there’s anyone else who like to come along. I’ve never been on a road trip before and I really wanna do it. Do u think I should take a chance? How about I take another month to get to know him better?

@likelyOK I think some guys get turned on by the idea of secretively getting away with raping someone. Others enjoy dominating women and don’t see women as worthy human beings. Generally , most men rapists are raised by sexually immoral people or at one point in their lives , they encountered someone who was sexually immoral.
The first two are really disgusting I especially think the second one is true their are some sick men that like to dominant women and feel like women either “owe them sex” or look down on them and don’t care how it affects them how else could you ignore someone crying and saying no you have to be a sick individual but I think we there are more of them then we think and it’s not easy to recognize them because they act normal to everyone else.

Craigslist has a lot of really strange people, not saying he is. But be very careful. This soon after meeting and wanting to go on a road trip seems like a red flag. You really need to learn a lot more about him, and not just what he says, but what he does.
In his post , he did mention of setting up a getting to know you meet up where we can have food and talk. But in just 1 meeting , how can I tell if he’s a genuinely good guy or not? I’m thinking about being friends with him for a couple of months to seriously get to know him, but still... it’s scary. You never truly know who someone is like.
Well first of all never go anywhere alone with him. And tell him you won't go alone with him. If he responds negatively and insists on meeting alone, stay away from him.
