Not if they're kinks that you share. And to my mind, usually not even if they aren't, but I'm more tolerant than most. It does indicate a level of open-mindedness and willingness to try new things on her part, and that's always welcome, but it's best when that's mutual- logically, she's going to have things she wants to try to, and sometimes people don't understand why others are reluctant. If you put on your psychologist hat and try to find the appeal behind a kink you don't share, you can usually find a milder version that you're willing to try and see how it goes (assuming you're open-minded enough to); that helps, since I assume willingness to explore kinks also appeals to women (and I don't really know why it wouldn't).

Another important thing is context: discussing your kinks in a blatantly sexual conversation is one thing; in a casual or even PUBLIC conversation can be something else. I once had a woman whose name I didn't even know bring the topic up while we were discussing RENAISSANCE PAINTING. At an ART MUSEUM. I don't know if the stereotype of nerds being kinky has any real underlying truth to it, but my experience certainly suggests so.
