I had asked this question couple of Months Ago with less details but didn't get Any Solutions, So My Sister was struggling financially for last Some Months, She has some bank loans to repay as well as some other dues, So she was very Stressed... We don't have much money to Consult with many lawyers, One year ago My Sister had a good and respectable job but almost 10 moths ago she lost her job and Since she had taken some loans from banks So loan shark were calling and bothering her Night and days... She was very worried and disturbed and When she didn't get any job for next 4-5 Months then My Sister had to take up a job of stripper Girl but she got deceived by the contract, She could not read and understand the small fonts and the legal language ! Well if you are expecting a bar manager to be polite and think for others I would say you are wrong because they don’t think as how you think they only care about their money and pleasure.

I’d find her another lawyer and see what could be done. If he sees no way out of the contract, then maybe throw a lawsuit into the manager for the way he’s treating her.
With out the exact wording that's on the contract and knowledge of your state's laws, it's hard to tell what options are avalable, finding another job seems prudent. What options there are depended on her personal finances.

Find a lawyer who thinks that the contract may be invalid.
